Mechanical Parts Warranty

We warranty all mechanical parts (locks, vent stops, balances) against manufactured defects in material and workmanship. Any defective mechanical parts will be replaced at no cost.*

Insulated Glass Unit Warranty

We guarantee the double-pane insulated glass unit against defects causing material obstruction of vision due to film formation from dust or moisture in the dead air space for the lifespan of the windows and patio doors.*

Transferable Warranty

If you relocate, you may transfer the window and patio door warranty to the new homeowner by submitting the warranty transfer form to Window World along with the current transfer fee within 30 days of selling your home.*
